工業(yè)控制系統(tǒng)是對諸如圖像、語音信號等大數(shù)據(jù)量、高速率傳輸?shù)囊?,又催生了當前在商業(yè)領域風靡的以太網(wǎng)與控制網(wǎng)絡的結合。這股工業(yè)控制系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡化浪潮又將諸如嵌入式技術、多標準工業(yè)控制網(wǎng)絡互聯(lián)、無線技術等多種當今流行技術融合進來,從而拓展了工業(yè)控制領域的發(fā)展空間,帶來新的發(fā)展機遇。
隨著計算機技術、通信技術和控制技術的發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)的控制領域正經歷著一場前所未有的變革,開始向網(wǎng)絡化方向發(fā)展。
控制系統(tǒng)的結構從初的CCS(計算機集中控制系統(tǒng)),到第二代的DCS(分散控制系統(tǒng)),發(fā)展到現(xiàn)在流行的FCS
在40年代,過程控制是基于3~15PSI的氣動標準信號。其后,由于4~20mA模擬信號的使用,使得模擬控制器得到了廣泛應用,但是并不是所有的傳感儀表和驅動裝置都使用統(tǒng)一的4~20mA信號。70年代,由于在檢測、模擬控制和邏輯控制領域率先使用了計算機,從而產生了集中控制。進入80年代,由于微處理器的出現(xiàn),促使工業(yè)儀表進入了數(shù)字化和智能化的時代,4~20mA模擬信號傳輸逐步被數(shù)字化通信代替,加之分布式控制以及網(wǎng)絡技術的迅速發(fā)展,促進了控制、調度、優(yōu)化、決策等功能一體化的發(fā)展。然而由于檢測、變送、執(zhí)行等機構大都采用模擬信號連接,其傳送方式是一對一結構,這使得接線復雜,工程費用高,維護困難,而信號傳輸精度底,易受干擾,儀表互換性差,
