He was a great Marxist and a great proletarianrevolutionary, statesman, military strategist and diplomat. He was along-tested communist fighter and an outstanding leader of the great cause ofsocialism with Chinese characteristics. He was the core of the third generationof the Party's central collective leadership and the principal founder of theTheory of Three Represents.
偉大的馬克思主義者，偉大的無產(chǎn)階級革命家、政治家、軍事家、外交家，久經(jīng)考驗的共產(chǎn)主義戰(zhàn)士，中國特色社會主義偉大事業(yè)的杰出，黨的第三代中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體的核心，“三個代表”重要思想的主要創(chuàng)立者。
Jiang's life was a glorious and fighting one. During hisrevolutionary career of more than 70 years, he remained unswervingly firm incommunist ideals, utterly loyal to the Party and the people, and resolutelycommitted to the cause of the Party and the people.
江澤民的一生，是光輝的戰(zhàn)斗的一生。在70多年的革命生涯中，他對共產(chǎn)主義理想堅貞不渝，對黨和人民無限忠誠，矢志不移為黨和人民事業(yè)而奮斗。
After the fourth plenary session of the 13th CPC CentralCommittee, faced with the complexity of the domestic and internationalsituations and the grave challenges posed by the serious twists and turns worldsocialism had experienced, Jiang led the Party's central collective leadership-- firmly relying on the whole Party, the entire military and the Chinesepeople of all ethnic groups -- in safeguarding the great cause of socialismwith Chinese characteristics and successfully advancing the cause of socialismwith Chinese characteristics into the 21st century.
